# Air-Assisted Operations Continue Over Hakkari Attack
\- Following the terror attack over Dağlıca region in Yüksekova district of southeastern province of Hakkari, operations boost of air-assisted security operations continue.
Several Turkish soldiers were killed on Sept. 6 after a major attack claimed to be conducted by the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) has marked a crescendo in the chain of deadly terror attacks across Turkey. There has been no immediate official casualty toll yet.
Militants have staged a mine attack over two military vehicles within a convoy in the Dağlıca district of Hakkari, a town bordering Iraq and Iran, leaving causalities.
