# İç güzellik hiç bu kadar güzel anlatılmamıştı!
Cinsiyet ayrımcılığı ve güzellik standartlarının perde arkası hakkında farkındalık arttıkça, dış görünüme yönelik baskılardan yavaş yavaş özgürleşmeye başladık. Selfie Harm, selfie kültürünün ve fotoğraf düzenleme araçlarının gençlerin akıl sağlığı üzerindeki etkisini “önce – sonra” fotoğraflarıyla ortaya koydu. Amsterdamlı influencer Rianne Meijer, kusursuz fotoğraflarının hemen arkasına filtresiz selfie’lerini ekleyerek farkındalık yaratmaya çalıştı. Yine Resemblage projesi abartılı maskeler eşliğinde, threadstories ise tekstil işi tuhaf maskelerle bu durumu ele aldı. Yine Fresh Meat et gibi paketlenmiş suretler eşliğinde, selfie çağındaki güzellik standartlarına meydan okumaya davet etmişti izleyiciyi. Sebastián Gutiérrez ise Inner Beauty serisinde iç güzellik kavramına dokunuyor.

Aslında Inner Beauty serisinde de benzer bir tiye alma durumu var gibi görünüyor. Eğreti duran ve bir parça da korku karakterlerini andıran suretlerin altından hemen anatomik katmana geçiş yapıyor bu portreler ki pek de gözleri okşayan bir katman değil bu. “İşte size iç güzellik” dercesine oyuncu bir yaklaşım sayılabilir.

Üst katmandaki deriyi ise renkli bez parçalarıyla oluşturuyor. Batman’in Joker’ini andıran tuhaf yüzler bunlar. Aslında iki katman da rahatsız edici ancak malzeme açısından iyi bir kontrast yakalamış sanatçı. Son dönemde portrelerin ötesine geçerek tam boy çalışmalar da yapmaya başlamış. Bu tam boy seri LYCRA adını taşıyor.
